3. Order Placement & Verification
- Order Intent: By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items.
- Mandatory Verification: Because we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, all orders are subject to a mandatory confirmation call or WhatsApp message before they are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified within 48 hours.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
- Payment Method: We exclusively accept Cash on Delivery. Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
- Ownership: The products remain the legal property of the seller until full cash payment is received.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your minimalist wardrobe.
- Policy: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@azeddinerha.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
RHA CLOTHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the items sold.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Tanger.
